基于优化的SURF图像拼接算法的研究

摘要 

基于SURF图像拼接算法,提出了一种改进的优化算法。首先,针对SURF算法在提取特征点时存在的计算复杂度高和匹配准确度低的问题,通过主成分分析法来优化SURF算法,降低特征点的数据维度,从而减少计算量并提高了匹配准确度。实验结果表明,所提出的优化的SURF图像拼接算法在提取特征点和匹配过程中具有更高的效率和准确度,同时在图像拼接效果上也取得了显著的改进。

Abstract: This paper proposes an improved optimization algorithm based on SURF image Mosaic algorithm. First, in view of the high computational complexity and low matching accuracy of SURF algorithm when extracting feature points, the principal component analysis method is used to optimize SURF algorithm to reduce the data dimension of feature points, thus reducing the computational workload and improving the matching accuracy. The experimental results show that the proposed optimized SURF image splicing algorithm has higher efficiency and accuracy in the process of extracting feature points and matching, and has achieved significant improvement in image splicing effect.
