Abstract: The Party branch of college teachers is an important support for opening up a new situation in the construction of world-class universities with Chinese characteristics.Vigorously promotion of the institutionalization, standardization and scientific construction of the Party branch of college teachers and the deep integration of party building work and the central work is of great significance for the implementation of the major deployment of the construction of a strong country in education. At present, the political and organizational functions of the party branch of college teachers have been continuously enhanced, and teacher-party members play an effective role as pioneers and model, but there are still some problems. We must adhere to the problem-oriented rule and the deep integration of party building work and central work, we must adhere to political leadership, attach importance to strengthening the foundation, innovate methods and carriers, improve the incentive mechanism, increase cultivation so as to lead the high-quality development of higher education with high-quality Party building work.
