新工科引领下地方高校安全工程专业校企协同育人模式的研究

摘要 

为使安全专业人才培养能够满足企业需求,在新工科教育理念引导下探索地方高校安全工程专业校企协同育人模式十分必要。充分考虑工程教育专业认证要求和注册安全工程师职业准入制度2个标准,通过课程内容及体系改革,多元化实践基地建设,长效型师资队伍建设,深化创新创业教育实践4个模块内容的设计,实现企业与高校多样化资源的有机对接,有效推动教育资源向服务区域主导特色产业方向发展。

Abstract: 

In order to make the training of safety professionals meet the needs of enterprises and better serve the economic development of local industries, it is necessary to explore the university enterprise collaborative education mode of safety professionals in local universities. Taking full account of the professional certification requirements of engineering education and the professional admittance system of certified safety engineers, four education modules are designed, including the reform of curriculum content and system, the construction of diversified practice bases, the construction of long-term teaching staff, and the design of innovation practice, the organic docking of enterprise and university diversified resources is realized. Make safety professionals become the power of enterprise safety production, and effectively promote the development of education resources to serve the regional leading characteristic industry.
