摘要 

阐述职业院校校本培训的内涵,分析职业院校教师在校本培训视角下专业发展的必要性与存在的困境,在此基础上,以教师专业发展为主要目标,从完善制度、分享资源、政府主导、加大投入四个方面入手,提出了在校本培训视角下职业院校教师专业发展的有效路径。

Abstract: 

This paper mainly expounds the connotation of school-based training in vocational colleges, and analyzes the necessity and existing difficulties of professional development of teachers in vocational colleges from the perspective of school-based training, from four aspects of perfecting system, sharing resources, government leading and increasing investment, this paper puts forward the effective path of teachers’ professional development in vocational colleges from the perspective of school-based training.
