摘要

随着时代的发展，网络的发达，微信作为沟通媒介受到了大学生的欢迎与广泛运用。因此，高校结合微信媒体，利用微信平台优势，普及大学生心理健康知识、丰富大学生心理健康活动具有积极作用。对微信平台在高校心理健康教育中的优势与如何应用进行了阐述、并对其运用路径进行了分析。

Abstract:

With the development of The Times and the development of the network, WeChat as a communication medium has been widely used and welcomed by college students.Therefore, combining WeChat media and taking advantage of WeChat platform, universities can popularize students' mental health knowledge and enrich their mental health activities.This paper expounds the advantages and methods of WeChat platform in mental health education in universities, and analyzes its application path.
