摘要 

实干精神是踏踏实实做事的精神,基层党建工作需要实干精神,实现中华民族伟大复兴更需要实干精神。实干精神启示我们加强新时代基层党建工作需要从细微之处着手,坚持不懈地做实做细基层工作,为实现亿万中华儿女的中国梦而奋斗。

Abstract: 

Practical spirit is the spirit of doing things steadily. Basic-level party building work needs practical spirit, and realizing the great rejuvenation of China needs practical spirit even more. The spirit of practical spirit enlightens us that in order to strengthen the work of basic-level party building in the new era, we need to start from the details, persevere in doing the work at the basic level, and strive for the realization of the Chinese dream of hundreds of millions of Chinese sons and daughters.
