摘要 

新时期的创新创业教育是以人为本的人才培养过程,通过对教育机制的不断探索,将创新创业的理念融入教育过程之中。笔者通过分析创新创业教育的内外部影响因素,更好地运用社会改革、资源投入、产学研孵化和后续保障等外部驱动力,培养学生的创业人格和创新意识,使其内涵化为大学生自身的素质。注重对学生综合能力与实践能力的提升,不断增加学生的社会竞争力,为培养创新创业人才提供了有力的支持。

Abstract: 

In the new era, innovation and entrepreneurship education is a process of people-oriented personnel training. Through continuous exploration of educational mechanisms, the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship is integrated into the process of education. By analyzing the internal and external factors of innovation and entrepreneurship education, this article uses the external driving forces such as social reform, resource investment, incubation of the production, education and research and its guarantee in the later process to cultivate students' entrepreneurial personality and sense of innovation. The research focuses on the improvement of the students' comprehensive ability and practical ability, on increasing their social competitiveness, which provides strong support for cultivating innovative entrepreneurship talents.
