摘要 

针对PLC控制系统中数值滤波问题,研究了RC滤波电路基本工作原理和数学模型,采用连续差分化求解方法对RC滤波电路微分方程数学模型进行求解,推导得出数字化滤波递推关系模型,编制了PLC数值滤波程序,经实际应用验证,有效克服了工业现场复杂电磁环境下高频干扰引起的信号不稳定的问题,在实际PLC控制系统应用中取得了良好的使用效果。

Abstract: 

Aiming at the problem of numerical filtering in PLC control system, the basic working principle and mathematical model of RC filter circuit were studied. The method of continuous differential method was adopted to solve the differential equation mathematical model of RC filter circuit. The recurrence relation model of digital filter was deduced, and the numerical filtering program of PLC was programmed. Effectively overcoming the problem of signal instability caused by high frequency interference in the complex electromagnetic environment of the industrial field, good results had been achieved in the application of the actual control system.
