小型高效菠萝采摘机的机械结构设计

摘要 

为提高菠萝的采摘效率,减轻劳动强度,对菠萝采摘原理进行了分析,设计了一种小型高效菠萝采摘机。采摘机以电机驱动回转的V型采摘指,将菠萝从植株上采下,可代替人工快速完成菠萝的采摘收集,提高菠萝采摘的工作效率。

Abstract: 

In order to improve the efficiency of pineapple picking and reduce the labor intensity, the principle of pineapple picking was analyzed, and a small and efficient pineapple picking machine was designed. The V-shaped picking finger driven by electric motor can be used to pick pineapple from the plant, which can replace the manual work to complete the collection of pineapple quickly and improve the working efficiency of pineapple picking.
