基于CFD的汽车空调除霜性能分析及优化

摘要 本研究运用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对某款汽车空调除霜风道的除霜效果进行考察,对挡风玻璃上的除霜效果进行模拟实验,建立汽车风道与车厢的模型,运用软件对其内部气流流动进行模拟,得到模拟的汽车除霜空调除霜效果以及空气流动矢量图。通过对模拟所得的汽车空调除霜效果以及空气流动矢量图进行分析,得出速度场分布,出风口流量分配和除冰性能情况,并针对其中的不足点对风道结构进行优化,改良原风道设计。

Abstract: The Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method was used in this study to test the defrosting effect of the air conditioner vents in a car of a certain brand. And the defrosting effect on the windscreen was simulated, build a model of the vents and the car, and the software was used to simulate the air flow in it, after which, the vectogram of the simulated defrosting effect and the air flow could be obtained. The dissertation analyzed the vectogram of the simulated defrosting effect and the air flow got from the simulation to learn the distribution of the velocity field, the flow distribution at the air outlets and the deicing performance. Against the shortcomings, the structure of the vents was optimized improve the original one.
