曲柄摇杆与正弦机构串联机构的虚拟仿真研究

摘要 曲柄摇杆与正弦机构串联机构广泛应用于工程机械、农用机械、矿冶机械等多种机械及仪表设备。针对机构的运动情况,提出一种基于ADAMS的仿真分析方法。根据实际需求具体参数化模型设计,添加相应的运动副和驱动,使曲柄摇杆与正弦机构串联机构以不同要求运动,分析各个杆的运动情况,用以解决实际工程与机械运动问题。

Abstract: The series mechanism of crank and rocker and sine mechanism are wildly used in construction machinery, agricultural machinery and mining metallurgical machinery as a mechanism of machinery and instrumentation. This work focus on the motion state of mechanism and a virtual simulation mechanism model was designed by ADAMS software. The parameter of the model can be changed and the different kinematic joints and motions can be added to meet different requirements. The motion states of the bars can be analyzed by this model to solve the problems of practical engineering and mechanical motion.
