摘要 综述了环氧丙烷物理、化学化性质及其应用。介绍了我国环氧丙烷生产工艺现状,目前以实现工业化生产的技术有氯醇法、共氧化法、异丙苯过氧化氢法和过氧化氢直接氧化法。重点分析了国内两种新开发的先进生产工艺异丙苯过氧化氢法与直接氧化法制备环氧丙烷的生产工艺路线。通过总结两种方法的特点及近年来两种工艺的研究进展,对未来提出了发展建议。

Abstract: Physical and chemical properties and application field of propylene oxide (PO) is reviewed. Introduce the current situation of PO production process. At present, the technology of industrial production including chlorohydrination process, co-oxidation process, cumene hydroperoxide process (CHPPO) and hydrogen peroxide direct oxidation process (HPPO). Two new production process routes of propylene oxide by CHPPO method and HPPO in China are analyzed. By summarizing their characteristics in two methods and research progress of these production techniques and suggestions for development of PO in the future put forward.
