无定形磷酸钙修饰零价铁对胭脂红的吸附性能研究

摘要 在氮气保护下利用共沉淀法成功地合成了无定形磷酸钙修饰零价纳米铁,并探索了无定形磷酸钙修饰零价纳米铁对水中的胭脂红的吸附情况。通过探讨反应时间、反应温度、胭脂红的浓度和无定形磷酸钙修饰零价纳米铁的用量对吸附的影响,得到了最佳吸附条件。当在室温条件下,加入30ml 1g/L的胭脂红溶液,吸附时间在8分钟时吸附效果最好。去除率会随着无定形磷酸钙修饰零价纳米铁的增大而增大,最大吸附值为133.3mg/g。采用伪一级、伪二级速率方程、颗粒内扩散模型、朗格缪尔吸附等温线对吸附过程进行了分析,该吸附过程符合伪二级动力学速率方程。本研究为处理印染废水奠定了实验基础。

Abstract: Amorphous calcium phosphate modified zero-valent iron was successfully synthesized by co-precipitation method under nitrogen protection, and the adsorption of ponceau 4 R by amorphous calcium phosphate modified zero valent iron was explored. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, ponceau 4R concentration and the quantity of amorphous calcium phosphate modified zero-valent iron added on the adsorption capacity were studied to optimize experimental conditions. When 30 ml of 1 g/L ponceau 4 R solutions was added at room temperature, the best adsorption effect can be obtained when the adsorption time was 8 minutes. And the removal rate increases with the increasing of amorphous calcium phosphate modified zero-valent iron, and the maximum adsorption capacity is 133.3 mg/g. Pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order rate equation, intraparticle diffusion model, and Langmuir adsorption isotherm were used to analyze the adsorption process. The adsorption process conformed to pseudo-second-order kinetic equation. This study laid the experimental foundation for the treatment of printing and dyeing waste water.
