基于“模拟数控车加工车间”平台下的课程改革与实践

摘要 搭建“模拟数控车加工车间”平台,将企业的生产环境、生产管理方法、生产流程、岗位标准和规范
引入到数控车实训车间。在《零件的数控车削加工》课程中运用基于工作过程的六步法( 资讯、计划、决
策、实施、检查、评价) 进行教学。使学生在校内实训车间就能够体验到企业数控车加工车间的生产环
境、生产任务、企业管理和企业的评价标准。进而培养与企业数控车工岗位零距离的学生, 为学生从事
相关工作奠定坚实的基础; 为高职机械类其他专业课程的理实一体化改革起到借鉴作用。

Abstract: This paper aims to introduce the enterprise’s production environment, management methods,
production processes, job standards and norms into the NC car training workshop by setting up “simulation
CNC machining workshop”platform. Using six steps based on work process ( information, planning, decision
making,implementation,inspection,evaluation) in the teaching of the“CNC Turning of Parts”course with the
aim of helping the students know the production environment and tasks in CNC machining workshop and the
enterprises’management methods and evaluation standards, which is supposed to lay a solid foundation for
students’internship.And it is hopefully to provide reference for the integration of theoretical and practical
teaching of other professional courses.
