高职院校顶岗实习管理模式的研究与实践——以我校航空工程学院为例

摘要 

随着我国高等职业教育的快速发展,顶岗实习环节在组织管理和考核监控等方面遇到了很多困难。本文在对顶岗实习环节存在问题进行深入分析的基础上,结合航空工程学院高职教育实际情况,提出了“校企合作、专业对口、分散实习、多层管理、对接就业”的顶岗实习组织管理模式,在一定程度上解决了所遇到的问题,提高了顶岗实习质量。

Abstract: 

With the rapid development of China's higher vocational education, many difficulties have been encountered in organization management and assessment monitoring of the post practice. Based on the in-depth analysis of the relevant problems in post practice and in accordance with our school's actual conditions, the post practice model of “school-enterprise cooperation, major-oriented, diffuse practice, multi-tiered management and connecting with employment” is discussed in this paper. To some extent, the problems emerging from the post practice are resolved, improving the quality of post practice.
