新时代高校辅导员在学生成长中的角色定位分析

摘要

新时代新征程赋予高校辅导员新的历史使命和新的历史担当。辅导员在学生成长成才过程中起着思想政治教育的主体作用，应该承担好学生政治发展的领航员、理想信念的教导员、价值观念的引领者、遵守规则的引导者、生活困惑的解惑人等“五大”角色，只有这样才能推动学生学习知识、增长才干、放飞梦想。

Abstract:

The new era endows college counselors with a new historical mission and a new historical responsibility. Counselors play the main role in ideological and political education in the process of students' development. They should take on "five" roles: the pilots in the students' political development, the instructors of shaping the students' ideals and beliefs, pioneers of formation of values, guides of rules and revealers of life puzzles. Only in this way, can the students be promoted to obtain knowledge, increase their ability and realize their dreams.
