战略联盟视角下哈长城市群知识产权一体化发展研究

摘要 

全面推进哈长城市群的发展,需要依靠创新驱动,加快传统产业的转型升级。哈长城市群建立“知识产权战略联盟”,可以有效推进城市群创新创业发展,改善城市群知识产权软环境。发挥知识产权助推剂效用,强化区域竞争实力,培育适合东北经济发展的新增长点,升级传统产业,实现产业和城市转型发展。本文从探讨哈长城市群知识产权发展现状入手,结合哈长城市群产业实际,就“知识产权战略联盟”的实施提出几点思考。

Abstract: 

In order to promote the development of Ha-Chang urban agglomeration, we need to rely on innovation to speed up the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries. The establishment of "strategic alliance of intellectual property" in Ha-Chang urban agglomeration can promote the development of urban agglomeration innovation and entrepreneurship effectively and improve the soft environment of intellectual property. We should give full play to the effectiveness of the intellectual property, booster and strengthen the regional competitiveness. We should cultivate new growth points for the economic development of the Northeast, upgrade traditional industries and realize the transformation and development of industries and cities. After analyzing the development of intellectual property of Ha-Chang urban agglomerations, this paper puts forward some thoughts on the implementation of intellectual property strategic alliances.
