Exploration of the Development of Ice & Snow Sports Industry in Jilin Province in the New Era

摘要 

采用文献资料法、实地考察、专家访谈、个案对比等方法,根据吉林省《关于做大做强冰雪产业的实施意见》,分析吉林省冰雪体育产业发展优势和存在的问题,研究探索新时代吉林省冰雪体育产业发展道路。认为:新时代吉林省做大做强冰雪体育产业,必须以新发展理念为引领,加快产业经济发展转型和产业结构调整,提升产业治理体系和治理能力现代化,解决产业发展过程中的不平衡和不充分的矛盾,才能把吉林省建设成为具有经济创新力和竞争力的冰雪体育产业强省。

Abstract: 

The academic paper makes an analysis of the advantages and existing problems in the development of ice and snow sports industry and explores the path of development in Jilin Province in the new era by adopting various methods, such as literature review, field trip, expert interview, and comparative case studies, based on Implementation Opinions of Expanding and Strengthening the Ice and Snow Industry of Jilin Province. The paper reaches a conclusion that the ice & snow sport industry should be expanded and strengthened under the guidance of new concept of development, by speeding up the transformation of economic development and adjusting of industrial structure, promoting industrial management system and modernization of management capability, solving the contradiction of imbalanced and insufficient industrial development in the process, so that Jilin Province will become a powerful province in ice and snow sports industry with economic innovation and competitiveness.
