Abstract: The rapid development of the biopharmaceutical industry provides new opportunities and challenges for the training of application-oriented talents. Based on the objectives of establishing an application-oriented university, this paper systematically optimizes the curriculum system of the biopharmaceutical industry. The analysis of the development trends of the biopharmaceutical industry is accompanied by the presentation of research outcomes and practical experiences from multiple dimensions, including specialty construction, practical teaching, curriculum system design. These contributions serve as valuable references for the teaching reform and advancement of the biopharmaceutical specialty. This paper summarizes the current challenges in teaching and emphasizes the need to improve and innovate the teaching system and methods in order to cultivate more innovative biopharmaceutical professionals.
