Research on the Corrosion Inhibition Performance of Non-phosphorus Composite Inhibitor of PESA/PASP/Glu on Carbon Steel

The corrosion inhibition performances of three single-component corrosion inhibitors of polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA), polyaspartic acid (PASP) and sodium gluconate (Glu) for carbon steel were tested by the static weightlessness method. Then the three agents were combined with each other in an orthogonal way to form a composite inhibitor of PESA/PASP/Glu with a high corrosion inhibition performance on carbon steel. Finally, the effects of the addition concentration, test the time, temperature and pH on the corrosion inhibition of the composite agents were investigated. The composite agents showed a corossion inhibition rate of 94.6% under the optimal concentration of 1000 mg?L-1. The corrosion inhibition rate decreased gradually with time but remained above 70% at 48 h. With temperature increased, the corrosion inhibition rate reduced slightly and still reached 86.5% at 80℃. Higher corrosion inhibition rate was found at higher solution pH. The corrosion inhibition rate is 96.5% at pH 12, almost completely inhibiting the corrosion of carbon steel. These results indicated that the phosphorus-free composite corrosion inhibitor was especially suitable for high temperature and high alkalinity system.

Based on the neural network model, this paper studied the impact of the opening of urban residential areas on the surrounding road traffic. Firstly, the evaluation index system of the impact of the closed community opened on the urban road capacity is constructed, and the quantitative analysis is carried out by using SPSS and MATLAB. Four evaluation indexes are selected, including the number of paths, the area of the road infrastructure, the non-linear coefficient and the blocking rate of the intersection. The improved BPR model is established. Through the calculation of the traffic index, the opening of the closed community is studied to improve the surrounding roads. Finally, the feasibility of the model is verified by empirical analysis.

Optimization Design of the Upper Cover of Battery Pack Enclosure based on Optistruct

In this paper ANSYS Workbench platform is used for static and dynamic finite element analysis of the battery enclosure, and the weak position of the box structure is obtained, then emboss structure is designed on the surface of the upper cover for local reinforcement. Based on the topography optimization technique of the Optistruct software, the geometric parameters and plane layout of the enclosure structure are obtained by optimizing the local stiffness of the upper cover , final the three-dimensional model of the optimized upper cover is established. It is verified that the maximum deformation of the upper cover is reduced by 71.73% and the first natural frequency has reached the design requirement, the stiffness of the upper cover is improved significantly, which lays the foundation for further research on the actural structure of battery pack enclosure.

According to the relationship between the load and the relative axial deformation value of the diaphragm spring, six important characteristic parameters are analyzed by using MATLAB, including the height of the internal truncated cone of the disc spring in the free state, thickness of steel plate, radiuses of large and small end of disc spring part without any force, the radius of pressure plate loading point and loading point of support ring. The influences of characteristic parameters on the performance of diaphragm spring are summarized. The optimization of a diaphragm spring improves the performance of the clutch and prolongs the abrasion limit of the clutch.

Taking the dragon-boat trainer with wind resistance as the research object, the characteristics of the force variation during rowing and the working principle of the trainer were analyzed. Firstly,the force analysis of the blade into the water during the rowing process was carried out, and the relevant resistance calculation was carried out. The CFD technology was used to verify the calculation results, Then through the comparison with the traditional dragon boat training mode, strive to maximize the simulation degree of water sports, the use of wind resistance to simulate the blade in the water stress state, in order to achieve the purpose of simulating the rowing training movement and effect.

Aiming at the problem of low interest and low accuracy of traditional recommendation algorithm, this paper proposes a new recommendation algorithm based on implicit model. Firstly, we collect the feature values of the implicit model data to obtain the user's personalized preference information, and then judge and classify the relevance values of different information according to the collected feature data and search keywords. On this basis, according to the results of judgment and classification processing, different levels of information are recommended and sorted, and the steps of model information recommendation are optimized to realize the recommendation of implicit model information. The experimental results show that the user interest value of the recommendation algorithm based on the implicit model is higher than other traditional recommendation algorithms, and the accuracy of information recommendation is higher.

In the whole process of coal mining, hydraulic support, as the supporting equipment of coal mining, its high strength and high safety directly determines the production safety of coal mining operations.It is found that the shield beam is the weak part of the hydraulic support, especially when the top beam is subjected to torsion load.This paper cover beams under torsion load the statics analysis and topology optimization analysis, and based on this, advances the structure optimization, and the optimized scheme under the same conditions of statics analysis. Compared with the analysis results of the optimization scheme, it is shown that the maximum stress is reduced by 24.46%, while the weight is reduced by 194kg, the maximum displacement is also reduced, and the optimization result is the most ideal. Provide the technical support for the overall optimization of hydraulic support, complete the reinforcement structure overall lightweight design targets at the same time.

A series of polyurethane / melamine-formaldehyde resin interpenetrating network rigid foam was synthesized by stepwise IPN method. It was characterized by apparent density, compressive strength, bending strength, flame resistance and cell structure. The results showed that with the increase of polyurethane content, the apparent density of foam plastics decreased, and the mechanical properties of foamed plastics were improved effectively. However, after adding 20% polyurethane, the mechanical properties were not obviously increased , and the foams changed from high inflammable materials, inflammable materials to flammable materials.

Finite Element Analysis of Crack Resistance of Recycled Concrete Beam Based on ANSYS

In order to analyze the influence of different contents of silica powder and polypropylene fiber on the crack resistance of regenerated concrete beams, ANSYS finite element analysis was carried out on the crack load, ultimate load, stress distribution and load-deflection curve of 5 regenerated concrete beams. The results show that the addition of silica powder and polypropylene fiber increases the strength and overall stiffness of the recycled concrete, improves the tensile stress resistance of the beam, enhances the crack resistance, improves ductility, and increases the cracking load and ultimate load. When the content of silica powder was 8% and the content of polypropylene fiber was 0.9kg /m3, the cracking load and ultimate load of the specimen reached the maximum value of 23.66kN and 128.5kN respectively, which were more than 20% higher than that of SF0P0.

According to the meteorological, wind, rain, and water data provided by the China Meteorological Station and the National Climate Center and the Zhejiang Meteorological Bureau during the Typhoon Liqima, three disaster chain modes are constructed: typhoon-rainstorm, typhoon-gale and typhoon-storm surge. Using case analysis method, the analysis the disaster of Typhoon "Lichma" .The results shows that Typhoon "Lichma" appears to have the characteristics of strong landing intensity, wide influence range, low central pressure, salient extreme, slow moving speed, long land residence time, and high wind and rain intensity. This three disaster chains together lead to secondary disasters such as flash floods, landslides, giant waves, seawater inversion, and seawater accumulation, making the cumulative impact of the disaster far outweigh the impact of the disaster caused by a single disaster, causing a large number of casualties and great economic losses.Countermeasures for disaster reduction in coastal, mountainous, and plain areas in response to typhoon disasters are provided.
