    Research and Implementation of Cultivating Measures of Engineering Practice ability for Students Majoring in Automation in Local Colleges   Collect

    It is necessary to cultivate a lot of engineering talents with spirit of innovation and practice ability for constructing socialist modern powerful country. One of important tasks of the local engineering college is to provide talents support for the economic construction. To enhance the engineering practical ability of students majoring in automation, the following four ways are studied and practiced. Firstly, revise the training program, determine the cultivating object of engineering talents and optimize curriculum system. Secondly, develop four portable teaching platforms, establish a new teaching mode named practice entering classroom and the teaching effect is improved. Thirdly, self-manufacture equipment that can be reassembled and disassembled, students can practice on their    own during the whole experiment teaching process and their engineering practice ability is strengthened. Finally, make use of outside school practice base, college-industry cooperated practice base and engineering equipment for students' practice to deepen training of students’ engineering ability.

    With the development of science and technology, biopharmaceutical industry has become one of the most prominent properties, thus it is inevitable that biopharmaceutical engineering specialties in ordinary colleges transform from theoretical engineering-guided education to technical application-based education. In order to keep up with the tendency in transformation period, it is necessary to reform teaching procedures, enhance practical education, as well as intensify engineering quality education and practical skills in the context of the cooperation between school and enterprise.

    "Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry" is one of the compulsory courses for chemistry majors. The teaching objects are the freshmen, and the challenge for them is how to stimulate students' interest in learning to make a perfect class in which the students are "willing to learn, learning with happiness". To provide some support and help as well in Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry course, we discussed the relations between classroom teaching and the properties (being scientific, logic, enlightening and artistic) of teaching language and put forward the relevant strategies to cultivate the art of teaching language.

    The cultivation of applied talents is of great importance to the national medium and long-term development program of building an innovative country. This paper takes the reform of training model of automotive engineering professionals in our school as an example and pays attention to the cultivation of vocational skills and innovative ability by anlyzing the engineering professionals' characteristics, with the aim of meeting the personnel needs for industry and local economic development, it discusses the optimization and reform of the curriculum system and its practice, which helps to realize the cultivation of applied talents.

    The final exam result is a mirror that reflects the construction of learning atmosphere. By analyzing the students' final exam results, we conclude four reasons for their low learning initiatives: the low teaching quality of classroom teaching, the mismatch of curriculum setting and actual demand, the students' having no interest in theoretical knowledge and the "highlight" phenomenon. Based on the above reasons, we put forward suggestions and countermeasures on the long-term mechanism of constructing the learning atmosphere from the aspects of thoughts, teaching style, scoring system and examination discipline.

    In the context of innovative national strategic initiatives, China has an urgent need for large numbers of highly qualified engineers. However, there are still weak links in the cultivation of college students at present, and the practical ability of graduates is far from satisfying the demands. To improve the students' engineering ability and encourage the students study with the purpose of application, the cultivation scheme is revised: the proportion of teaching hours in the experiment and fieldwork such as designing experiment has been increased, and the course system and teaching methods have been reformed. In this way, we can provide more opportunities for our students to operate on their own, and this helps to improve the students' engineering ability and helps the students to step closer to the goal of becoming an excellent engineer.

    Based on the analysis of the universal problems in advanced mathematics education of science and technology and the trend of mathematical education teaching reform in domestic engineering universities, this paper gives a brief introduction to the essentials of mathematical quality. In addition, it expounds the urgency and necessity of strengthening mathematical quality education and cultivating the students' innovative ability. Finally, we make an exploratory research on strengthening the students' mathematical quality education in the universities of science and technology and cultivating the innovative application-oriented talents.

    A brief review of the history of the development of China English is made, and a new field of studying China English from the perspective of culture translation is proposed. Through literature studies, some basic notions of culture translation views are proposed, on which the connotations of culture translation in a narrow sense and that in a broad sense are based. And meanwhile the culture translation exists in eco-translation. The contents, mentality and main points of the culture translation of China English are expounded, proposing to make a study of the limitations and acceptability of culture translation and to reveal the laws of probability existing in translation based on typical Chinese cultural events and practical examples from literatures, so as to offer a better service to the "One Belt One Road" initiatives and global expanding strategy of Chinese culture.

    This paper analyzes the meaning negotiation and conceptual integration in the interpreting process, and the conceptual integration is recognized as a cognitive process in setting up a cognitive operation scene, which is a cognitive ability of speech. Construal has the characteristic of subjectivity of the construal person, who can construe a certain scene with different construal ways, which will be directly reflected in his or her verbal expression. The interpreter’s understanding is based on the explaining process of the construal of a scene. Thus, conceptualization and construal are the backstage cognition of language comprehension in interpretation.

    With the increasing popularity of the mobile terminals, such as smart phones and tablet computer, higher education starts a new model which becomes an effective extension of traditional education. Based on mobile education platform, this article introduces the application of mobile education platform from the development of teaching resource, interactive teaching, study process monitoring, teaching evaluation by uniting the practice of Linear Algebra teaching and analysis and summary of frequently asked questions, and sets up a more flexible teaching model, and obtains a better result in practice of teaching.

     Practice of major spirits of the 19th Party Congress has become the guide of promoting college students' ideological and moral construction, the concept of "five cores" leading the action of "Four Hua" was put forward on the basis of the practice in Materials Science and Engineering School of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. This research, with the specific innovative activities as carriers, interprets the methodology of "Four Hua": to integrate ideological and moral construction into four years of education and realize whole-process-involvement, to require the teachers' participation of the students' education and realize whole-staff-participation, to raise the service level and achieve professionalization and to use the media convergence in realizing network-assisted education. The practice displays implementation effect of engineering education and the enlightenment and it enriches the relevant achievements of theory and practice, which is of significance to promotion.

    Sun Yat-sen has abundant thoughts of constitution. He put forward the thought of the five-power constitution by using the successful experiences of other countries and expressed his core ideas on the examination power being independent of the other four rights The discretion, implementation, supervision of Civil Service Exam have not been separated currently, the examination bodies also have not been separated from Executive Power, their link is partly unscientific and unreasonable, the related laws are imperfect and regulatory mechanisms are inadequate. This paper mainly studies how to employ Sun Yat-sen' Independent Examination Power in enhancing the restriction of the power to assure the protection of the test takers' rights at the same time.
