    What Makes Provincial Colleges and Universities Cultivate Applied Talents in Economics and Management:Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) Based on the Conception of Oneness of Knowledge and Action   Collect

    Applied talent cultivation has become the consensus of most provincial colleges and universities. Based on the educational conceptual framework of oneness of knowledge and action, this paper applies the method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to explore the joint effect and interaction of multiple factors on the cultivation of applied talents in economics and management. By analyzing 465 data samples from a school, this paper finds that: (1) the factors affecting the cultivation of applied talents in economics and management are characterized by multiple concurrency and different paths; (2) There are seven group paths to successfully cultivate high-quality applied talents in economics and management, which are specifically categorized into the following three types: the transformational path of "learning by doing", the inherited path of "learning by applying", and the innovative path of "learning by competing"; (3) There is a complementary and alternative relationship between the influencing factors under the same learning mode, and an alternative relationship between the influencing factors under different learning modes. The findings of this paper have revolutionized the epistemological foundation and methodological basis of the training of applied talents, and deepened the educational conception of oneness of knowledge and action, and also provided practical insights into the cultivation of applied talents.

    The comprehensive experiment "Preparation and Photocatalytic Performance of Multi-morphology Zinc Oxide" in undergraduate teaching comes from the teachers' scientific research project, giving full play to the supporting role of high-level research and technology for the cultivation of innovative talents. The experimental content design is in line with the development needs of science and education integration and collaborative education, involving the preparation, characterization and performance evaluation of zinc oxide, and helps to realize the cultivation of students' expansion ability. The practice of teaching implementation has proved that the design of comprehensive experiment is conducive to the exercise and improvement of students' comprehensive ability. It is an effective way to innovate talent training system in the process of higher education.

    The high-quality development strategy of "One Subject and Six Doubles" is the vital strategic arrangement made by Jilin Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China to implement General Secretary Xi, Jinping's important directive instruction and it is also the high-level design, the construction schedule and the road map of the total revival of Jilin province in the new era. Therefore, local colleges and universities in Jilin Province should actively explore the applied foreign language teaching mode with the overall idea of "foreign language + industry" and the mode with the specific content of the setting of teaching goals, teaching content construction, teaching means and methods application, and teaching evaluation application.

    The ideological and political courses can achieve quality improvement and efficiency by building golden courses, which is to meet the training needs of socialist builders and successors as well as the needs of individual students' development. In 2022, General Secretary Xi Jinping defined the effectiveness of ideological and political golden courses as "communication between minds, enlightenment of the mind and nourishment of the soul, inspiration of the fighting spirit". To explore three paths of realizing the effectiveness of ideological and political golden courses in colleges and universities from the perspective of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is a new idea for the construction of ideological and political courses in the new era.

    The ideological and political course is the key one to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality, and the teachers' responsibility is great. At present, some teachers of the course have problems such as lack of firm political position, weak theoretical basis, and use of rigid teaching methods, which obviously do not conform to the role orientation of ideological and political teachers in the new era. Therefore, the Outline of Modern and Contemporary Chinese History teachers must strengthen the political position, establish a correct view of history, enhance theoretical consciousness, improve theoretical literacy, advance with the times, and update their teaching methods. Only in this way, can they become the guide and students' enlightener at the ideological and knowledge levels, play the role of casting the soul and educating people, and then shoulder the historical mission and the responsibility of the times.

    To improve unsafe acts correction effect effectively and improve safety knowledge guidance, the four kinds of safety knowledge deficiencies have been presented based on the causation paths of 24Model. Using the NVivo analysis tools to carry out an empirical research, the six stages of training procedure of unsafe acts correction is built up to make up for safety knowledge loopholes. The research results show that the formation of the "triangle knowledge" learning program which formed by identifying unsafe acts from the perspective of the accident causation and accurately positioning knowledge deficiencies provides a way to make up the safety knowledge deficiencies. The six stages training of unsafe acts highlight the dynamic integrity of safety knowledge promotion, which can be organically combined with the existing job training and education. Additionally, it provides a theoretical reference for the multi-mode development of organizing safety education.

    It is crucial for traditional majors in local engineering colleges to keep up with the trend of emerging engineering construction and development, and to enhance their practical ability of innovation and entrepreneurship. Only by understanding the historical background of the construction of emerging engineering actively, recognizing the current situation of cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the undergraduates in traditional majors and exploring the way to improve their innovation and entrepreneurship ability in local engineering colleges, can we cultivate the application-oriented engineering and technical talents who are more adaptable to the new requirements in the fields of new technologies and industries in the new era.

    The comprehensive quality of college students is one of the important indicators of evaluating the quality of talent cultivation in universities. The connotation of comprehensive quality has changed with the times, and, a comprehensive quality evaluation index system for college students has been constructed based on the needs of modern society and talent cultivation goals. The weights of indicators at all levels have been calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Process and expert scoring, the comprehensive evaluation index system is scientific, practical, and operable for college students. This evaluation index system can evaluate the comprehensive quality of college students and helps to know the quality of talent cultivation. Based on the evaluation results, some suggestions were proposed with the aim of improving the effectiveness of the comprehensive quality evaluation of college students.

     Marxist theory is the theoretical foundation of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, with its content covering multiple fields and making profound judgments on social development. In the new era, China emphasizes adhering to Marxism and promoting its sinicization. Universities should integrate it into ideological and political education, help college students enhance their theoretical confidence, recognize the essence, and provide positive guidance. This article explores the supporting role of the sinicization of Marxism in the ideological and political education of college students, and proposes integration strategies to improve the quality of education and fulfill the mission of cultivating morality and talent.

     With the rapid development of digital technology, the field of higher education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Internationalization development, as an important development aspect of higher education, has also been affected by digital technology. This study first analyzes the concept and evolution of internationalization of universities in the local area, grasps the connotation and characteristics of internationalization of higher education in the local area, and deeply analyzes the coordinated development of education digitization and internationalization in the local area. Finally, it analyzes the top-level design and digital campus construction, the reform of educational methods, talent cultivation and curriculum design and revealed the path of internationalization of universities empowered by digital technology. The study enables a better understanding of the impact of digital technology on the internationalization of universities and provides useful insights into developing intelligent internationalization strategies for the universities.

    To deepen the integration and development of big data technology in the field of higher education, the research takes the promotion of the reform of higher education and high-quality education as the core engine, and takes advantage of the data of the whole process of students' learning and the theory of precision teaching, hybrid teaching and data-driven theories. Based on the above considerations, a data-driven precision blended learning model is constructed. The model integrates the advantages of "online" and "offline" teaching. Starting from the four parts: teaching objectives, pre-class preparation, teaching process, and teaching evaluation and prediction, it focuses on the operational framework and implementation path of precise blended learning to achieve intelligent, personalized, refined and scientific blended learning. In the practical verification of the "Advanced Mathematics" course in higher vocational education, comparing blended learning with traditional teaching methods from multiple dimensions such as teaching effectiveness, learning ability, and academic performance, it is shown that the effectiveness and superiority of precise blended learning mode can promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education comprehensively.

    In order to win the ideological battle on the Internet, it is necessary to build a team with "fighting capacity as the criterion". Currently, there are problems such as relatively weak fighting awareness, relatively indifferent fighting responsibility, and relatively insufficient fighting ability in the team, so it is urgent to build a strong team with the Communist Party members as the vanguard, the specialized team as the backbone, and the university students as the backup. The team members should be cultivated with strong politics, deep patriotism, broad vision, new thinking, strict self-discipline and a strong bottom line, and should take on the mission of fighting posture, warrior's bearing and battlefield perseverance, so as to achieve the goals of a fixed mindset, stable hearts and minds, emphasizing defence and strengthening deterrence.

This paper explores how to cultivate college students with a global vision and a sense of patriotism by analyzing the relationship between patriotism and a community with a shared future for mankind and discusses the significance, content and cultivation models of patriotism education for colleges students by placing education of college students' patriotism under the broader perspective of the community with a shared future for mankind, providing theoretical and practical support for nurturing college students with a sense of global responsibility and patriotism.

    The rich connotation of China's outstanding traditional culture provides valuable resources for higher vocational colleges to carry out ideological and political education, and plays a very important role in helping young students shape their personality and enhance their quality. The results of the study shows that to promote all-round development by changing educational concepts, strengthen the top-level design and comprehensive system planning, build a long-term mechanism to form a joint effort, strengthen the teaching staff to improve their comprehensive quality, link online with offline resources to coordinate all kinds of resources are ways to find the convergence point of integrating China's outstanding traditional culture into ideological andpolitical education in higher vocational colleges and are helpful to improve the efficiency of educating people.
