It has been over 100 years since the outbreak of The May 4th movement. It is an anti-imperialist and anti-feudal patriotic movement with the majority of young students as its main participants. It has formed a great May 4th Spirit whose core content is patriotism. Exploring the ideological value contained in the May 4th Spirit is of great significance to cultivate the patriotic sentiment education of college students in the new era, so that the students can shoulder the important task of revitalization of the country.
