Among the rich functions of Office Automation system (OA), Office process approval is the core of OA system. It is the module with the largest localization and customization space in OA system. In-depth customization based on the module and actual needs of enterprises is the key to Office informatization in colleges and universities. In this paper, the design process of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology is analyzed and the experience is summarized.
