Abstract
Porphyrin Compounds have been Widely Used in Biomedical Fields such as Treatment and Diagnosis due to their Characteristic Photo Electrochemical Properties. However, Their Poor Water Solubility and Uneven Dispersion Resulted From Low Molecular Aggregation Lead to The Decrease of Optical Properties, Which Limit Their Application in The Field of Biomedicine. In Order To Improve The Above Shortcomings, The Porphyrin Terminated Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (MHTPP-PNIPAM) was Prepared by Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization (ATRP). The Structure of Polymers were Characterized by Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), Hydrogen Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer(1HNMR),Which Shows That Desired Product has been Synthesized Successfully. The Influence of Reaction Time and Concentration of Monomer / Initiator on The Polymerization was Investigated.
