Abstract The aftereffect of the course of Military Theory and National Security Education generally refers to a continuous impact on future learning and activities by learning, which resulted from the memory generated by the accumulation and effect of cognition via listening, thinking and understanding. Years of research and practical results have proven that effective measures for improving the teaching aftereffect of the course of Military Theory and National Security Education is to seize the opportunity to strengthen the interaction, to carry out the second class in various ways and to enhance incentives by setting examples. Therefore, conducting the teaching of Military Theory and National Security Education with scientific interdisciplinary integration effectively, and targeted activities can ensure the teaching effect and the continuous spread of positive influence generated thereby and inspire the healthy growth of contemporary college students.
