| Research on the Cultivation Mode of Local College Students’ International Information Dissemination Capacity under the Background of“New Engineering”

Abstract Under the background of “New Engineering”, the cultivation of local college students’ international information dissemination capacity is based on Fudan Consensus of “New Engineering” construction in 2017. It improves the connotation of new engineering cultivation and expands the idea of moral education. The goal is to build the three-layer linkage theory and the two types of personnel for the cultivation. A constructive approach to the cultivation of international information dissemination capacity is proposed, constructing a three-layer training mechanism for talents, establishing a collaborative education system between college English and majors, and strengthening the guidance of curriculum ideology and politics to talents with international information dissemination capacity.
