Abstract
Aiming at the low efficiency of the traditional manual sorting and recycling of industrial scraps, based on Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC, the automatic sorting control system of industrial scraps is designed, the control screen design of the upper computer is completed, and the centralized control of the automatic sorting processof industrial scraps is realized. The actual operation test showed that the system effectively improves the sorting efficiency of industrial scraps and reduces the labor costs.
