Under the background of greenization and informatization, the reform of green chemistry experiment teaching in colleges and universities is in line with the demand of quality education to cultivate high-quality and application-oriented talents. Taking the biopharmaceutical major of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology as an instance, this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the implementation of the concept of green chemistry in three aspects: before, during and after the biochemistry experiment. The spirit of green chemistry is promoted, and the development concept of "clear waters and green mountains are golden hills and silver mountains" is practiced
