Abstract With the development of higher education, the level and quality of undergraduate graduation designs have always been of great concern. This article shows the reforms of the traditional guidance mode for graduation designs in aircraft majors and proposes a dual mentor graduation design guidance scheme based on team cooperation. By increasing team cooperation and dual mentor guidance, many students are assigned to one group and one question is implemented in the group to encourage graduates to plan ahead and figure out their own topics. The results show that this guidance mode can not only improve the quality of graduation design, but also enhance the employment competitiveness of the undergraduate students, and deepen their love and interest in the profession.
