Abstract In the context of "enhance morality, foster talents" as the fundamental task of education, the teaching of Microbial Experimental Course needs to incorporate ideological and political elements. The carrying out of the ideological and political education is helpful to cultivate the students' down-to-earth dedication, innovative scientific research spirit, and conscientious social service spirit, which is to cultivate successors who meet the development needs of the national microbiology industry, and promote the rapid development of life sciences in China.
