Personnel file is the carrier of personal information. It is an important part of human resource management in Colleges and universities. Only by making good use of personnel files, excavating their potential value and establishing service consciousness can we promote the continuous improvement of human resource management level in Colleges and universities. Based on this, this paper analyzes the necessity of innovating personnel file management, and discusses the current situation and innovation path of personnel file management in Colleges and universities.
