Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the comprehensive strict governance of the party has continued to extend to the grassroots level. The organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations has been improved to a certain extent. However, through visiting some rural areas in Jilin Province, it is found that the construction of its organizational strength still faces a series of challenges. In order to effectively deal with these challenges, it is necessary to explore precise points of force, starting from innovating leadership mechanisms, optimizing the ranks of party members, and improving work styles to ensure that the improvement of rural grassroots party organizations' organizational strength is institutionalized and long-term.
