Abstract
Dust pollution is becoming more and more serious, which has seriously endangered people's health and normal travel. People have been working to solve the treatment of dust in various ways, but the treatment effect is still not ideal. In recent years, it has been found that the spray method has a significant effect on dust removal, and this paper selects PLC as the core controller of the spray dust removal system by fully analyzing the spray dust removal mechanism. The Smith-fuzzy PID control method is used to reduce the error effects of time delay, nonlinearity, and time variability in the control object. After research, it is found that the high-pressure spray dust removal system controlled by Smith-Fuzzy PID not only realizes the automatic intelligent control system, but also reduces the waste of manpower and material resources and saves the cost of use.
