With the accelerating process of informatization, the archives information management in colleges and universities is also constantly optimized. Promoting the informatization of archives and the construction of digital archives room has become the focus of the work in colleges and universities. Only by promoting the information management of archives, can the cloud management of student archives be realized and the work efficiency be improved as much as possible.
