Abstract
Strengthening the exploration and elucidation of Health Qigong culture and analyzing its expression in the educational space of colleges and universities is an important force to realize the continuous succession of Chinese culture and cultural self-confidence. For this reason, starting from the context of "Taoist health preservation", it is believed that "cultural carrying" is the foundation of the reform of health qigong courses in colleges and universities, and "cultural consciousness" is the road to reform. It needs to start from the cultural construction, target design, and structure of the curriculum. Optimization and content integration are four aspects to expand the modernity and growth of its culture.
