In view of the problems existing on integrating course-based ideological and political education into teaching Single-chip Principle and Application and related courses, this paper puts forward a design idea. In this design idea, firstly choose appropriate teaching content and ideological and political education material, and then integrate ideological and political education material into the teaching goal and teaching design. By introducing detailed design idea and implementation plans on teaching of “Memory Structure of Single-chip”, it is innovated and has some reference value to Single-chip related on-line and off-line courses on course-based ideological and political education.
