Employment is the barometer and vane of economic development, and talent is the first resource of national development. To do a good job in public employment service is an important task to benefit people's livelihood and promote development, and also an important support for local economic and social development. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the construction of the public employment service system at all levels in Liaoning Province, combined with the actual needs of the economic and social development in Liaoning Province, this paper puts forward the ideas and suggestions of improving the system and mechanism of the public employment service, strengthening the construction of the team, enriching the connotation of the public employment service, expanding the coverage, and building the intelligent service platform.
