以人民为中心推进城市治理现代化的实践策略研究

摘要

推进城市治理现代化是推进国家治理能力和治理体系现代化不可或缺的一环，对于提升党的执政能力水平、发展和完善国家治理体系以及全面建设社会主义现代化国家具有重要意义。在新时代推进城市治理现代化，要以人民为中心为切入点，明晰具体内涵和内在逻辑，分别通过坚持党的领导、鼓励多元主体参与治理、推进基础设施和数智化建设、加强治理监督等实践策略予以推进，不断增强人民群众获得感幸福感。

Abstract:

Promoting the modernization of urban governance is an indispensable part of the modernization of China’s governance system and capacity, and it has important reference value on enhancing the administration capacity, improving China’s administrative systems, and building a modern socialist country in all respects. In the new era, the practical strategies to help people feel more satisfied and happier could be taking the people-centered approach as an entry point, making the connotation and internal logic clear. In addition, it needs to be implemented through the following methods: adhering Party’s leadership, encouraging the participation of multiple subjects in urban governance, enhancing the construction of infrastructural facilities and digital intelligence, strengthening urban governance supervision.
