摘要 

在新时代下,中等职业职学校既要突破自身局限,又要积极承担社会责任。通过分析吉林信息学校开展退役士兵培训的实践过程及成效,对中职学校开展非传统生源职业培训方面进行探索。中职学校培训退役士兵,不仅能够通过提高劳动者素质促进社会和谐稳定,同时有助于完善招生机制,深化教育教学改革,推进产教融合、校企合作,促进学校长足发展。

Abstract: 

In the new era , secondary vocational schools should not only break through their own limitations , but also actively undertake social responsibilities . By analyzing the training process of the ex-servicemen and effectiveness in Jilin Information Technology School , this paper explores the vocational training of non -traditional students in secondary vocational schools . The training of ex-servicemen in secondary vocational schools can not only help to promote social harmony and stability by improving the quality of workers , but also help to improve the enrollment mechanism , deepen the reform of education and teaching , promote the Integration of Industry and education , cooperation between schools and enterprises so as to achieve the longterm development of schools
