Abstract:

Diasporic literature is the literary expression and creation of diaspora’s experiences. Contemporary diaspora female writers own both female identity and diasporic experiences. Their writings on different countries, nations and cultures are important ways for exchanges and mutual learning in civilizations. Meanwhile, they are indispensable humanistic foundations for inter-ethnic connectivity. By using the spatial theory, which focuses on the spatial criticism of geography, culture and politics, the study of the evolution and characteristics of contemporary female diasporic literature will be conducive to exploring the demands and construction of identity, culture and emotion of diaspora groups through the spatial transgression and spatial imagination in the text.
