摘要 

异腈类化合物因其特殊的结构,已经被用作合成含氮杂环化合物常用的合成子。这种含氮杂环骨架的构建方法广泛应用于有机化学、药物化学以及高分子科学等领域中。论文结合活泼亚甲基异腈在构建含氮杂环化合物方面相关研究进展,同时结合了环丙烯酮的反应特点,研究了异氰基乙酸乙酯与环丙烯酮[3+3]环合反应。该反应为4-羟基吡啶化合物提供了一种高效的合成新方法。并且,该方法具有反应条件温和、操作简便等优点。

Abstract: 

Isonitriles have been used as common synthesizers of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds because of their special structure. This method of constructing nitrogen-containing heterocyclic skeleton has been widely used in organic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and polymer science. In this paper, the cyclization reaction of active methylene isonitrile and cyclopropenone [3+3] was studied, combined with the related research progress and existing problems of active methylene isonitrile in the construction of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, and combined with the reaction characteristics of cyclopropenone. This reaction provides a new and efficient method for the synthesis of 4-hydroxypyridine compounds. In addition, this method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple operation and high yield.
