Under the information condition, to carry out personnel management relying on "Internet + " can realize the effectiveness of normal management, enhancement of service quality and the interconnection of the information resources. In view of the problems that the current university personnel management cannot keep up with the development of information age, the traditional consciousness is constraining the management mode renewal and the infrastructure cannot support the information interchange and so on, we should speed up the renewal of ideas under the condition of informationization, deepen the reform of system and mechanism under the condition of informationization, and expand the way of "Internet + " management and service platform under the condition of informationization to achieve "people-oriented" college personnel management services.
