摘要 

随着知识经济和信息时代的发展,学校和师生对档案的利用也从直接查阅转到互联网需求,档案管理从传统的手工模式基础上逐步转变为信息化管理模式。在治理现代化视域下,转变观念和改革传统,有效利用档案信息的基础上开发和共享档案资源,有助于学校综合改革、事业发展。

Abstract: 

With the development of knowledge economy and information age, the use of archives by schools, teachers and students has also changed from direct access to the demand of the Internet. Archives management has gradually changed from the traditional manual mode to the information management mode. From the perspective of governance modernization, changing ideas and reforming traditions, developing and sharing archives resources on the basis of effective utilization of archives information will contribute to the comprehensive reform and career development of schools.
