The epidemic of CoviD-19 has caused some troubles to the book procurement of university libraries, and the birth of "cloud library distribution" platform has solved the dilemma of book purchasing faced by university libraries to a certain extent. This paper first briefly expounds the emergence, development status and advantages of the "cloud library distribution " model, then points out the shortcomings of the "cloud library distribution" model in the early stage of development, and finally puts forward the University library's thinking on the "cloud library distribution " procurement practice under the background of epidemic situation.
