摘要 

本研究以土霉素和环丙沙星为目标物,研究其在氯化聚乙烯、聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯上的吸附行为,结果显示:微塑料对抗生素的吸附能力会受到微塑料的性质、抗生素的种类和背景溶液的影响,并且效果极为显著。微塑料对土霉素和环丙沙星的吸附作用的强弱均为:氯化聚乙烯(CPE)﹥聚氯乙烯(PVC)﹥(聚乙烯)PE,在纯水环境中PE对土霉素的吸附作用与在淡水中的吸附作用差异不显著;CPE在纯水中对环丙沙星的吸附能力比在淡水中的更强。

Abstract: 

vIn this study, the sorption behavior of oxytetracycline and Ciprofloxacin on CPE, Pe and polyvinyl chloride was studied, the results showed that the adsorption capacity of microplastics to antibiotics was affected by the properties of microplastics, the kinds of antibiotics and the background solution, and the effect was very significant. The adsorption of oxytetracycline and oxytetracycline on micro-plastics was as follows: CPE (polyethylene) polyvinyl chloride (PE) PE, the adsorption of oxytetracycline in pure water was not significantly different from that in fresh water; The adsorption capacity of CPE TO CIPROFLOXACIN in pure water was stronger than that in fresh water.
