Party building and ideological and political work in universities play an important role in student education and training. This paper discusses the concept, work form, organization leadership and assessment form of the tutorial system for teacher party members. In combination with the construction of the teacher party member tutorial system, the party building and ideological and political education mechanism of “Three Aspects Education and Construction” is established, and the project of “Three Aspects Education” is carried out, so as to explore the new mode of the teacher party member tutorial system of all-round education mechanism construction and talents training in universities.
