负压吸附式泳池清洗机的设计

摘要 

设计了一款对泳池进行在线清洗的清洗机,该装置改变以往人工清洗的方式,更安全便捷地实现各型游泳池场馆的清洗作业。该装置采用负压吸附方式为清洗机侧面清洗时提供足够的工作压力和行进摩擦力,采用隔离吸盘有效地控制了污水的流向,并通过RO膜技术对污水进行过滤处理,有效地解决了在线清洗二次污染问题,通过无线遥控操作对清洗机的工作姿态、行进速度及工作压力进行调控,实现了对泳池底部和侧壁的全自动在线清洗。文章重点介绍了清洗机的工作原理并对其结构进行设计。

Abstract: 

This treatise develops a sort of cleaning machine that can clean the swimming pool. This device has changed the former manual cleaning method and accomplished the cleaning operation of all types of swimming pools safer and more convenient. It adopts the negative pressure adsorption principle and RO membrane to prevent the water being polluted the second time. The maneuver of the posture under the water is accomplished by controlling the water quality of the floating box. The operator manipulates and cleans on the shore. It accomplishs the on line and all-round cleaning under the water. The treatise mainly introduces the working principles of the cleaning machine and designs its constructure and analyzes theoretically and calculates the working property of the device.
