The repair of the offshore platform jacket is an important research direction of ocean engineering, and the grouting clamp reinforcement and repair is the most widely used. In order to solve the hydrodynamic interference problem of grouting clamp under the combined action of wave and current in complex sea conditions, this paper uses Morison formula to analyze the linear wave load on the grouting clamp. Determine the wave force and sea flow force of the vertical and horizontal grouting clamps, and calculate the hydrodynamic load. When the grouting clamp is in the vertical state, the maximum wave load is 23341N and the maximum sea current is 8062.65N. Finally, using the press to carry out the anti-offload test of the clamp, it is verified that the slippage force of the grouting clamp is far greater than the wave load force received. The innovation can be summarized as a hydrodynamic comprehensive analysis of the grouting clamps in the vertical and horizontal directions. The feasibility of implementing the grouting clamp reinforcement method in the local damage repair operation of the offshore platform jacket was confirmed.
