It is of great importance to use pneumatic conveying system in some special situations,According to the existing field condition,the new conveying system was designed.Taking advantage of negative pressure of the system and optimizing of coal-air flow in the tube.For example, the method of setting pressurizing wind in the pipeline and adding guide vane in the bend part can reduce the conveying resistance and improve the separation efficiency. At the same time, this design scheme can greatly reduce the use of labor force, to a certain extent, can reduce the risk of pollution environment, pulverized coal loss and dust explosion caused by manual operation.
